Jun J. Wu, Principal, Venture Investments, joined Johnson & Johnson Development Corporation in January 2012. He is based in Shanghai, China.

Mr. Wu's background includes over 10 years of investment banking and business development experiences in the healthcare industry. Most recently, he worked as Director of New Business Development at Ethicon Inc. and Johnson & Johnson Medical Asia Pacific where he is specialized in strategic licensing & acquisitions in the MD&D sector. Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson, Mr. Wu had worked with a variety of multinational and local companies as a strategic and financial advisor in market entry, strategic partnership, primary investment and private placement in Asia Pacific.

Mr. Wu received his Bachelor of Science degree at University of Science & Technology of China. He holds a PhD degree in Neurobiology from Columbia University and an MBA degree from INSEAD. He has been a member of the CFA Institute since 2007.
